Personnel of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, on Thursday, arrested two suspected members of the ‘Catch in the Air‘ robbery gang popularly called ‘One Chance’ in the Abule-Egba area of Lagos. It was gathered that the suspects had been terrorizing Abule-Egba and its environs before meeting their Waterloo. It was also learned that the gang’s mode of operation was to pick up unsuspecting commuters at bus stops in Abule-Egba, with some of its members posing as passengers, only to attack their victims, dispossessing them of cash, mobile phones and other valuables. They often also push their victims out of the vehicle and zoom off. Royal Antwerp of Belgium star Alhassan Yusuf has been confirmed as the replacement for Wilfred Ndidi in Nigeria’s squad for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
