Hours after his inauguration on Monday, Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano, a member of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, directed all public places and assets sold by the immediate past governor of the State, Abdullahi Ganduje, should be overtaken by law enforcement agencies. Yusuf disclosed this through his official Twitter handle, noting that the move will be valid pending the government’s final decision.
