Step 1 Download and install Latest Psiphon Handler version 167 app here



Step 2 install and open the app, configure your PSIPHON HANDLER Settings as follows:
✓ Tick Remove port box
✓Proxy type: choose Dual Real Host or No Proxy
✓Proxy server: datareset.mtnonline.com/#Xstring

✓Real proxy type: HTTP
✓Real proxy port: 80





Step 3.  Navigate to OPTIONS tab and select UNITED STATES as your region.
Step 4. Tap on MORE OPTIONS, tick CONNECT THROUGH HTTP box,  Tap on USE THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS and input the following settings
Host Address:  10.199.212.2
Port: 8080
Finally go back and click on the connect button , wait for a few seconds for it to connect and you can start browsing for free on mtn
